Fizz dashes a fixed distance towards the target enemy unit, dealing them 100% AD physical damage, and bonus magic damage. The physical damage applies on-hit effects and the magic damage applies spell effects.
Seastone Trident :

PASSIVE: Fizz’s rends enemies on-hit, and those affected by Chum the Water’s lure or shark, dealing them magic damage over 4 seconds.
ACTIVE: Fizz’s next basic attack deals bonus magic damage. If the target has been bleeding for at least 2 seconds, the damage dealt is tripled.
If Seastone Trident kills its target, its cooldown is reduced to 1 second and refunds mana.
Playful / Trickster :

Fizz hops into the air, landing gracefully upon his spear and becoming untargetable. From this position, Fizz can either slam the ground or choose to jump again before smashing back down.
Chum the Waters :
(110/85/70s Cooldown)
Fizz tosses a fish in a direction that attaches to any champion that touches it, slowing the target. After a short delay, a shark erupts from the ground, knocking up the target and knocking any nearby enemies aside. All enemies hit are dealt magic damage and slowed.

- Buying a Quicksilver Sash and using it will drop the fish from his ultimate, allowing you to avoid the shark.
- Focus him after he uses Playful/Trickster to enter a fight.
- Avoid staying in lane with low health, as Fizz’s Seastone Trident will deal greater damage against lower health targets.
